Content creation, social media assistance, post promotion and use of Facebook Ads to attract web traffic, increase interactions and boost fan community.
1 What the challenge was
To maintain and boost "Trips to Austria" Facebook community related to the 'Discover Austria' summer tourism campaign to attract new visitors to Austria. The primary objective was to engage with prospects and increase the number of followers on Facebook and traffic to the website.
2 What we did
We created quality and relevant content, according to the interests of the site's followers, and implemented a promotion strategy in Facebook Ads that gave visibility to the site. The strategy required a monthly content plan managed by a creative team that made sure the Facebook page was "on brand" and created attractive content. Monthly reports helped us to constantly identify improvements and increase the efficency of the campaign.
3 What the result was
The attractive contents related to tourism (cultural, gastronomic, nature and winter-related) were the key to success that has brought an increase of more than 15,000 fans in the community in only two years.
