1 What the challenge was
To help Le Creuset consolidate all e-Commerce sites in the same technical solution.
2 What we did
We carried out a project involving a number of services, such as project management, consultancy, operations and development. We presented a single-solution concept, providing the same technological solution for all e-Commerce sites and making it possible to generate a greater scalability when adding new markets and new functionalities.
3 What the result was
We created 12 transactional sites and 6 non-transactional sites with online catalogues in a period of 5 months.
