CONCEPTUALIZATION AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT ON CORPORATE CHANNELS
Ongoing website maintenance to increase the engagement of users and help them to find the relevant content within a big website. Using the KEC Smart Builder tool, we created and maintained more than 35 sites in a highly affordable way, transforming their online channel into a much more attractive, user-friendly environment.
1 What the challenge was
Maintenance and update of 20 websites to enable users to find the information they are looking for as easily as possible.
2 What we did
We are working constantly to develop new pages and channels, defining architecture and content to enable more intuitive navigation and more agile information consumption. Each of the actions in the portal involves continuous monitoring to measure impact and confirm alignment with the defined objectives.
3 What the result was
