Improvement of user experience for the COPE radio station, making browsing easier, categorizing and creating news hierarchies, and providing new functions, thus turning the website into a leading news portal.

1 What the challenge was
To renew the website in order to turn COPE into a leading Spanish source of news and expand its audience by broadcasting constantly updated news live or on-demand.
2 What we did
We created a digital platform with improved user experience and a range of solutions to increase browsing time. We created news hierarchies, encouraged browsing by cross-referencing content on audio, video or text, and designed a dynamic and attractive website where users feel comfortable and to which they return regularly.
3 What the result was
A benchmark news site with omnichannel experience, the perfect platform to distribute the news and leisure content supplied by COPE broadcasting.
