A COMPLETELY NEW WEBSITE APPROACH WITH A NEW LOOK AND FEEL, SUPPORTED BY THE APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGIES
Conceptualization, design and development of commercial and corporate Andorra Telecom sites in Liferay 7.0. With our approach, we improved the processes in the customer area (pending bills payment, product purchase, cancelation of pending orders, more interactive functions, etc.) and provided user-oriented contents.
1 What the challenge was
To generate an easy, usable environment completely suited to mobile devices. We aimed to work in an agile and autonomous manner to develop content and to convert the website into a real communication channel for operations between Andorra Telecom and its customers.
2 What we did
We defined a digital strategy that required a complete digital transformation process in order to achieve growth objectives in the short, medium and long term. We created two portals that matched the branding of the bank and met the needs of the customers more effectively. To ensure the implementation of the two websites, we defined a management plan to ensure good maintenance. And we planned an exhaustive SEO migration to avoid the loss of previous positioning.
3 What the result was
We launched two portals adapted to the current customers, improving the processes in the customer area (pending bills payment, product purchase, cancelation of pending orders, more interactive functions, etc.) and providing user-oriented contents. We improved website management with a flexible back-office (easy to use for non-technical users), with a shortcode system.
