Objetives

Before the need to consolidate all e-Commerce sites in the same technical solution, Le Creuset requestes services of project management, consultancy, operations and development. Under the single-solution concept, all e-Commerce sites will share the same technological solution, generating a higher scalability when adding new markets and new functionalities.

 

Results

King Eclient was in charge of the global and cross-sectional management. The operational support together with the definition of site maps, collection of information from catalogues and the creation of a content and funtional standarization strategy were some of the steps to achieve an optimal formula for Le Creuset. Development resources, from Back&Front, together with a responsive design, were integrated perfectly with the technical team of Le Creuset being the project done a big success.

During the 5 months of work, we achieved the creation of 12 transactional sites and 6 non-transactional sites, that worked as online catalogues.
