In December 2014 Banco Santander became one of the first banks to increase its loans to families and the private sector, launching a high-budget campaign for a new product called the Nueva Hipoteca (New Mortgage) in the Por fin (At last) mortgage range. King Eclient created web, mobile and tablet microsites completed with a simulator aimed at customer conversion. In addition we also ran an A/B test in order to ensure maximum conversion rates.
In 2015 we begun a second phase to the project in which it was included another microsite for financial products for students and credit cards.
Backed up by considerable investment in the media, the site achieved a 2.8% conversion rate and significant numbers of new mortgages during the 3 months it was online.
Each phase has a 3 week avarage duration time. The campaigns resulted with 12 new products, 5.000 leads and a rise up to 200.000 visits to the site.
