In December 2014 Banco Santander became one of the first banks to increase its loans to families and the private sector, launching a high-budget campaign for a new product called the Nueva Hipoteca (New Mortgage) in the Por fin (At last) mortgage range. King-eClient created web, mobile and tablet microsites complete with a simulator aimed at customer conversion. In addition we also ran an A/B test in order to ensure maximum conversion rates.
Backed up by considerable investment in the media, the site received more than 100,000 visits and achieved a 2.8% conversion rate and significant numbers of new mortgages during the 3 months it was online.
