Al Rajhi Bank, whose commitment to innovation has made them one of the leading banks in Saudi Arabia, has set itself the objective of transforming its approach to banking and creating a new relational model which goes way beyond offering just simple transactions, and enables the bank to act as “Advisor” and even “Concierge”.
It has been an honour for the King-eClient team to have been selected from amongst other global players to lead a project which includes a whole range of aspects: service design, conceptualization of the new environments, designs which raises user experience to a whole new level, and finally the supervision and quality assurance of the entire development stage.
It has been a model project, benefitting from an inspired Al Rajhi Bank team and the enthusiastic support of its customers. We have been able to look ahead to fresher, more innovative and proactive styles of banking which promise excellent outcomes in terms of customer satisfaction and increased business.
